At Saratoga Springs Community Acupuncture, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise; however, no exceptions can be made to this policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and our team works hard to prepare for your visit and deliver exceptional care.

Payment & Insurance: Payment is required at the time of your appointment. We accept debit or credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks. Please note that we are not in-network with any insurance providers and cannot accept health, auto, or worker’s compensation insurance as payment. If your insurance company covers acupuncture services, we are happy to provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Parking: Our clinic is conveniently located at 18 Lake Ave. in downtown Saratoga Springs. Free street parking is available, and there’s ample garage parking just a block away on High Rock Ave. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to park and arrive to ensure a smooth and relaxing visit.
